The team provided a warm welcome upon arrival. They patiently answered our questions and seemed happy to help. The location near the financial district felt very secure.. I also appreciated being close to public transit, especially the ferry. The chef's kitchen was a highlight with high-end appliances.

Waiting became a regular part of the day. The noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, specifically the rattling sliding glass bathroom door and loud water pipes.

Our four-bedroom apartment provided ample space for our family. It included necessary equipment and daily cleaning services were a great touch. I appreciated the well-equipped fitness center and guest laundry. The outside terrace area with barbeque equipment was an extra bonus.

The air conditioning unit was noisy. It was built into a piece of furniture attached to the bed.
