unclean room slow elevators

the location was acceptable near the subway

the room i booked was not clean upon arrival i had to wait for it to be cleaned it was a frustrating start to my stay also the elevators were slow it took a long time to get up to my room this affected my schedule negatively

warm welcome chef kitchen slow elevator noticeable noise

The team provided a warm welcome upon arrival. They patiently answered our questions and seemed happy to help. The location near the financial district felt very secure.. I also appreciated being close to public transit, especially the ferry. The chef's kitchen was a highlight with high-end appliances.

The elevators were slow. Waiting became a regular part of the day. The noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, specifically the rattling sliding glass bathroom door and loud water pipes.

Excellent stay, great amenities

fitness center laundry service outdoor terrace

Our four-bedroom apartment provided ample space for our family. It included necessary equipment and daily cleaning services were a great touch. I appreciated the well-equipped fitness center and guest laundry. The outside terrace area with barbeque equipment was an extra bonus.

The air conditioning unit was noisy. It was built into a piece of furniture attached to the bed.
